Jaime Banuelos v. Advantage Industrial Macheriny Relocators, Inc., Oklahoma County Case No.: CJ-2016-2400 (successfully defended machinery relocation company when a heavy piece of a tortilla conveyor oven landed on a customer).

Hayward v. Horton Constructions Solutions et al., Rogers County Case No.: CJ-2020-202 (successfully represented Plaintiff in a construction defect case for a composite home panel system against Defendants).

Criminal Law

State v. Jennett, Muskogee County Case No. CF-2021-527 (successfully avoided a life sentence in a jury trial where client stabbed uncle seven times in the head with two different knives).

City of Tulsa v. Redmond (no case number) (successfully negotiated a less-than-ten-over speeding ticket where client was a 28-year-old man driving a Porsche doing 25 miles per hour over in a school and construction zone).

USA v. Cailler, Northern District of Oklahoma Case No. 4-22-CR-421-GKF (obtained a plea agreement below the statutory minimum sentence where client downloaded and stored 600 images of child pornography onto a Google drive).

Family Law

Lester v. Lester, Tulsa County Case No. FD-2014-631 (successfully represented dad to ensure his three children did not move out of state due to mom obtaining more favorable job in Texas).

Schoenhofer v. Muro, Tulsa County Case No. PO-2020-1254 (obtained permanent protective order for client against client’s boyfriend’s girlfriend due to stalking and harassing behavior).

Ysbrand v. Campbell, FP-2021-148 (successfully obtained child support for mom when biological father refused to pay).
